Lawson Collection is an online retailer operating exclusively through our website. We work with a network of international fulfilment partners and do not operate a physical retail store.
Processing Time
Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, the average transit time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the fulfilment warehouse your order is shipped from.
This means your total estimated delivery time is approximately 8 to 17 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note: During peak periods, public holidays, or due to external circumstances such as customs inspections or carrier delays, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in these situations and encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge provided it has not yet been processed and dispatched. As processing typically begins within 1 to 3 business days, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for your tracking information to become active.
